You must notify us to stop your payments, once you stop working out. Again, it is not our responsibility to stop your monthly payments on our automatic withdrawal program, it is yours. Once you decide you will not be working out with our program anymore, please notify us by phone at (480) 460-3468 or by email at Workout@ProDayTrainingCamp.com and your membership will be canceled and your payments will be stopped on our automatic withdrawal program. Please understand, once you cancel your membership, there will be one last charge to your account for your final workout month. All payments are final. 


Boot Camp $99 
Our Boot Camp workouts are for every fitness level. Whether you are already active or just reintroducing yourself to working out again, you will find our fitness program very beneficial. The workouts are challenging. We will push you to achieve your personal goals. As a former professional athlete our head instructor understands what the body can endure. Our workouts will incorporate your own body weight for resistance and free weights for muscle building and toning. These workouts are mainly continuous with short breaks. The pace is fast. The workouts are continuously changing to keep you motivated. You will enjoy what we do and we look forward to helping you reach your goals. 


*You are not required to keep a specific workout schedule.You may choose any of our workout days or times that work best with your schedule. Workout text alerts are sent to your cell phone for your confirmation.

ProDay offers One - on - One outdoor workouts throughout the day and week. There are workouts available from 6:15 AM - 8 PM everyday.

These sessions are for the person looking to take their workouts to the next level. This training is intense, but it will produce much wanted results. This is an excellent opportunity for an athlete to really improve his or her endurance and strength. We will focus on your specific needs. We will also incorporate exercises and drills that will help you gain an edge on your competition. The focus will be on YOU!
